Lost Order Claims
If you haven’t received an ordered item that we’ve dispatched then we want to know about it and help you resolve it as soon as possible. Delivery of your item(s) normally takes between 3-4 working days for 2nd class or 1-2 days for 1st class postage. However, we do have to wait 10 working days before we can start to process a claim for the lost item(s).
If you have not received your item(s) after 10 working days from being dispatched then please download the Lost Order Claim Form below and send it back to us at:
