Venture Blue's 30 day product returns policy

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and have the confidence that you can return any item(s) after you've received them.

Therefore we offer a '30 Day Returns Policy' so you can send any unwanted items back to us (within 30 days of the delivery date) and without any queries we will refund your order. It couldn't be simpler!

Unsuitable or Unwanted items:

If the item is unsuitable or unwanted for any reason* please follow the steps below:

  1. Download a returns form below and fill in all appropriate fields.
  2. Send the item(s) back to us. We recommend that you send your goods back via a recorded service as we cannot accept liability for anything which is lost in the post coming back to us.
  3. Sit back and wait, we'll do the rest! Exchanges and refunds are normally processed on the same day we receive the returned item(s)

*Please note that for any unwanted returns or exchanges the item will need to be returned to us in it's original packaging and in a saleable condition.
